Since 2007, the Chemical Screening Center (CSC) has provided trained users with high throughput instrumentation, chemical collections, and bioinformatics software for basic science research and therapeutic drug discovery. With its new state-of-the-art, high-end equipment, this core facility can screen up to 200,000 samples per day. Our new high-content screening confocal microscope can image live cells, organoids, and biofilms at high resolution. Our new acoustic droplet dispenser delivers tiny volumes of liquid, down to 2.5 nl. Our new compound libraries include over 8,000 known bioactives that can be used for FDA-approved drug repurposing. Learn about these and many more acquisitions by the CSC.
