The Commencement Newsletter will be emailed to all undergraduate students who have applied to graduate or are expected to graduate during the following quarters: Summer 2023, Fall 2023, Winter 2024, Spring 2024, Summer 2024, and Fall 2024 in MyUCSC. If that is you, you do not need to submit the form below. Graduate students that graduate between Summer 2023 to Spring 2024 and want to participate in commencement, please complete the form below. If you are a parent, guardian, friend, or guest of a graduate and would like to receive the newsletter, please complete the form below.
You will need to opt-in yearly to receive newsletters per academic year. Commencement Newsletters begin rolling out on a monthly basis from February to June.
